- Perform software installations in both existing and new accounts.
- Meet with the customers on customers’s facility.
- Provide support on existing company software as well as new systems.
- Keep organized agenda based on customers need.
- Keeps management and customer informed by submitting activities and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly summary.
